Workplace

Aims & Actions

We aim to apply and test co-creation in the workplace settings. It is comprised of Mira (ESR9) and Lauren (ESR10), who are jointly supported by their team of supervisors. While the projects of both Mira and Lauren are set in the context of co-creating a health intervention plan to reduce sedentary behaviour in the workplace of small-to-medium enterprises in Scotland, they focus on different, yet complementary, aspects. Mira focuses on the scaling up of co-creation processes in SMEs. Lauren focuses on investigating the co-creators’ experience of participating in the co-creation process. If you’re interested in any of their topic areas, or you are researching a similar topic, please feel free to email these researchers directly.
