Establishing conceptual and methodological principles to elicit Co-creation approaches in Public Health Research.
Such doctoral project contributes to this new and evolving field, by:
- systematically and narratively exploring theory applications to Co-creation approaches in Public Health Research and beyond;
- demonstrating how Critical Realism can enrich the evidence base of Co-creation in Public Health Research;
- investigating Critical Social Theory of Empowerment related to Youth Participatory Research;
- performing a Multisource analysis about Co-creation and Citizen Participation;
- developing core theory-based principles for Co-creation in Public Health.

Writing a Policy Précis on citizen participation to make participatory processes and citizen engagement meaningful and inclusive as well as developing EuroHealthNet’s European Pillar of Social Rights Flashcard Tool.
University of Cambridge (Cambridge, England)
Supporting the co-development of a sustainable platform to understand the primary care, public health and social care needs for dementia, with a focus on underserved populations (ComPHAD project funded by NIHR). Also, conducting a scoping review, writing up co-development activity reports, as well as presenting her published systematic review findings to enable knowledge-sharing about how to translate in practice.
