Co-creation in the workplace

ESR 9 - Mira Vogelsang

Co-creating actions with SME employees to improve sedentary
behaviours.

This doctoral research project seeks to identify common ground and differences between three different co-creation processes. It aims to contribute to a generalisable protocol of how to develop workplace sedentary behaviour interventions using a co-creation approach. The project consists of three processes targeting SMEs with predominantly desk-based employees in the Glasgow area, Scotland. The co-creation process is aimed at forming a workgroup of employees who design a series of company-tailored interventions that promote a less sedentary lifestyle at work.
