One aim of Health CASCADE is to cascade co-creation skills and expertise by training a new community of professionals capable of working across disciplines, and public and private sectors. Throughout 2022, we worked diligently to lay the groundwork for creating an evidence-based Co-creation Training Program by mapping current co-creation programs, tools, and guidelines. In this way, we will ensure that we create something that complements and strengthens existing co-creation training programs, whilst still providing something that is unique, engaging, and grounded in evidence.
Last year we also conducted a needs assessment with the Health CASCADE consortium members, and this year we will reach out to key stakeholders to assess their training needs. We will also begin the development of a draft training program that can be prototyped and validated.
